Dear Parents/Carers,
Wraparound care price increase from September 2023
From September 2023 our wraparound after school care provision price will increase by 50p per session - from £11.50 - £12.00.
In line with our terms and conditions, bookings should be made on a booking form. These are available from the school office and where possible, need to be completed on a termly/half termly basis. Occasional bookings should be made a minimum of 24 hours prior to needing it to ensure we have the right staffing ratio and sufficient food. Emergency bookings on the day can be made by calling the school office, but will incur a late booking fee of £1.00.
Payment should be made via ParentMail Pay before each session is taken.
For those paying with vouchers, please discuss with your school administrator.
In order for us to provide wraparound care each evening, we require a minimum number of children to attend each session. Therefore, if you have not already done so, please ensure all booking forms are completed and handed in to the school office by Tuesday 18th July.
